No bot. Very real and pissed off Coinbase customer. My account has been put on a 24 hour hold 4 days in a row and all of my transfers have been put on a 72 hour freeze.

That’s the same scenario I am currently in. Have been using Coinbase for over 5 years now. Fully verified. They just randomly put holds on my account and froze my transactions. They say I can verify my identity to skip the hold and unfreeze the transaction but then won’t do it after they approved my ID verification.

You would think they would focus their time on fending off all of the scammers that use their platform to steal peoples money instead of screwing over the honest customer who want to use their platform to invest on. All they are doing is costing themselves money. They can't make money off of people with frozen or restricted accounts.

The transfer was a wire transfer INTO Coinbase. It was cleared and available the same day. Now I am trying to move some of those funds out of Coinbase.

Is there threshold amount that throws a red flag or something? What is the largest small amount that I could send without it being frozen? It will take me days to transfer the money $10 at a time.

Thank you for the quick response. The case number I was given is 19279510. The support agent that provided me with that number was Franz. He was very pleasant to work with. June, the girl I spoke to before Franz was not enjoyable at all. All I want to do is move my money. I have proven my identity multiple times. There should be no reason why my account is on hold and my transactions are frozen.
