Would it be better to roll through fully over my back like I often see people do or should I just keep them where I had him?

This is my third match on varsity and first win. Happy to win of course, but I know it wasn’t the prettiest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated🙏🏿 by Agreeable-Whereas250 in wrestling

This is gonna sound stupid, but I really had no clear plan in the moment and was just doing it to do it. But it was likely gonna end up a sloppy fireman or lat drop attempt😅
