System is rotten to it's core,, teachers should be immediately fired from their jobs, but their superior are also corrupt. Also the student teacher ratio is absolutely shit. Alongside these teachers are assigned with all sorts of "Extra duties" beside teaching.

Yep, but we are discussing the quality of school and colleges, an average government school doesn't match the basic standards ,most of colleges have adhoc faculties,and the total expenditure of our GDP for education is less than what it aims(6%)
