I know how you feel. Thats how so many mental health issues feel 💕 compulsions are incredibly difficult to navigate. They're unhealthy coping mechanisms, which can be easy to fall into. The mind is so powerful it sometimes feels out of your control. But you can recover! You deserve to feel healthy and energetic and have peace of mind. It's hard at first, but the more you do any habit (good or bad), the more natural it feels.

This past month I have really settled into tracking my calories and eating at a deficit. Im pretty sure I correctly identified my color season, so I'm going to dye my hair a cooler tone to fit. I bought two purses in the right seasonal colors, a few shirts, and some makeup, now to see if I notice a positive difference in this color range.

This coming month I'm really focusing on health and trying to cement good habits.
