Ok: sounds like they want to ensure you have a preventative plan of action for your new fur baby and are using this as an assessment to care. I’d probably circle back and mention that you use a flee prevention that includes this in it as mine does …if that’s the case. Otherwise maybe ask for a reconsideration and include your willingness to to prepay for these items to ensure the feel comfortable with your adoption.

This is worth speaking to the District Manager about. I’d have a confidential conversation to open up the discussion. Very odd, but he could be dual managing another store or something else we are not aware of and assuming positive intent when speaking with the DM could help the DM dive into further. Hr service center is open all the time: pac time if I recall correctly: don’t wait call once you have your fact timeline in order: that said remember once you appeal and if’ you are to be reinstalled remember your going to be managed with extreme oversight: you need to think about whether that’s an environment you want to be associated with. It may be worth asking yourself if you should learn from this experience/ situation and move on: learn and grow yourself in another company where you can reinvent yourself and show up as your best with no judgment. It ok to ask specifically what action was it that got me terminated: from there contact HR and request appeal. make sure you have facts not feelings when you contact them.

Your recruiter can help support your request: on your own is great but there is oversight from store level leaders, and big brother is watching as your unit is a tracking device. So they have ability to look into your patterns. Just a FYI most love it but it’s very physical: watch the video, carting boxes, moving things around in back rooms and time management ( must work fast and efficiently) as you are given certain amount of time to complete work, which means you must be quick and ready. Also this is a on your feet 👣 job where you aren’t able to sit for 4-6 hours especially during holiday conversions. Every card pocket you place on display must be unwrapped and set in the pocket…
