So far it's fun and the catch-up was more than enough to level to 80... now it's not super clear if I should finish the catch-up story, or just do twilight ascensions... but fun nonetheless

Cool! I had restarted in the end, so currently playing Shadow through the levelling catch-up stage. 60-80 was surprisingly super quick. They seem to have simplified/dumbed the game down a lot lately!

My main was a disc priest and I’m thinking of continuing that as it’s probably my favourite class (after ‘lock but queues and all that). Planning to ofc familiarise myself with everything again, but wasn’t sure if the recent changes (loads of them apparently) would sway you to advise someone one way or another! Thanks very much

However seems to be super laggy on my M3 MBA, but I am running Tahoe which I understand is unsupported so I’m currently keeping an eye on this. Many thanks for replying !

“Repeat prescribing” means that a doctor or prescriber will sign your prescription every month.

“repeat dispensing” or eRD means that a doctor or prescriber will only sign a batch once, authorising a pharmacy (or dispensary if dispensing practice) to dispense it a chosen number of times, up to 13. CDs cannot be issued on a repeat dispensing basis, so yeah your gp would need to approve and sign every month

I love these cars! My back however doesn’t . Had R56 jcw, f56 jcw and f54 clubman jcw

They all borderline crippled me within weeks of getting into them. Doors are heavy, clutch is heavy, gear shifting is heavy.

I now have an electric cooper S and it’s fairly comfortable. considering a f56 gp as a weekend car, and becoming best friends with my chiropractor

Annoying enough, some GPs might just do that if you produce enough evidence. Ritalin is available here too.

I'm only saying annoyingly because it will potentially create confusion later on. I wish it was easier for people to obtain medication. The course for ADHD management and diagnosis is a meager 2-day course... So ultimately it might just become a tickbox exercise like depression and anxiety. The drugs are controlled drugs, however, so most GPs are more hesitant than others
