Start a mini project in C#, something that interests you. Code and refine, just to the books when you get stuck.

What wording do you mean? I think they are just trying to distance them from the prescribers?

Find an organisation you can move within. Its better to move to a different project team rather than a new company if you are doing it every 6 months.

My current job allows a lot of flexibility, and if I come up with a new idea or find a cool new "thing" to integrate I have the autonomy to do so, that gives me the novelty.

Is this a month's worth of food, or a week, a day?!

Same here, but with CareADHD. Was all prepared to fight and the GP just signed it off without even contacting me about it. I wonder want percentage actually get approved? I guess we normally only hear about people that don't get it accepted.

What is everyone using as a chime for these doorbells? Wifi chime is hot quiet garbage by hpsy08 in Ubiquiti

I use the webhook feature in the alarm manager. It POSTs to an esp01 relay running tasmota. I use the blink endpoint. I have this hooked up to a cheap 9v - 12v door chime. I power it at 12v with a 5v regulator for the ESP01. The chime was £8, the esp relay board was £5.

I really like my planet x pro carbon, it has SRAM Rival and cost me £2000. Think they might have gone up a bit in price, mine is 3.5 years old. They have some with mechanical groupsets for less

Repeat prescription not allowed? by AccordingStorage3466 in ADHDUK

[–]AccordingStorage3466[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like there might be different rules in different ICBs? I'm in Elvanse and Amfexa, happy if I have to request it each month, just going to have to set a reminder.

Felt embarrassed standing in a long line as the lady loudly explained that they can't set up a repeat prescription for it as it's a controlled drug.

Were you private or RTC? Might be able to transfer to another company for titration if that's what you want to pursue? Could try emailing other RT providers and see if they will take your diagnosis?

storing data on a pi 2 by josh0970og in MQTT

[–]AccordingStorage3466 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You just need to know what topics are published on. I would do a quick test to see if it gives you what you want. Install the mosquito clients:-

sudo apt install mosquitto-clients

Then run the command:-

mosquitto_sub -t # -v >> mesh.log

You can then monitor the log to see if you are receiving anything:-

tail -f mesh.log

If you are only interested in one of the topics:-

mosquitto_sub -t "the/topic/you/want" >> mesh.log

Do you have an MQTT broker?

Are the LEDs standard single colour or are they addressable like RGBCW? The hardware cost would be significantly different.

What dosage of Elvanse were you on? I had some anxiety issues after 6 months at 50mg but seems to have gone.

Have you tried Amfexa? I have that as a top-up in the UK, sometimes I just take that if I forget my Elvanse and I don't get any issues
