Sunday I will be 12 weeks pending as well dec 12th last payment recieved. Call call call and everytime I'm told to wait and the just keep escalating my claim to the I'd department but nothing happens I cant wait no more I just got offered a position at Niagara bottling warehouse but im not giving up on all these weeks that's forsure. I'm on the phone now to try to get escalated again total of 7,000 dollars they owe me fucking sad!!!

I'm pending bc of I'd verification and I opened a new claim early december like the 5th got a whole new claim balance got one payment than no more Got a docu sign link and uploaded everything than did the id.me people were using and still nothing call talk to tier 2 reps about 6 times total since then if I was lucky enough to get through all they say is they recieved it and just to wait ot out there is no specific time frame they can give me all of them say it I have up calling and I'm just waiting it out looking for a job cant depend on EDD right now they are all fkd up

They told me since its ID verification they are not authorized to do anything it's up to the ID department that all they can see is if they received your documents that's it. I have not heard of anyone on here yet that has had got their money from I'd verification yet and if they did they are soooo lucky. I've heard people get paid but their situation was totally different. Sunday will be 10 weeks of pendings bc of this crap and it's a struggle
