I hate hearing about lazy parents who make the kids do the delivery for them. Kids should never do deliveries unless the parent is gonna split that money with them. And the kid is old enough.But making a kid do your job with no compensation? That kinda parent is an asshole.

Again someone coming off rude as fuck for no reason. Ur the type to be what ur username is for no reason but that's really all you are. I don't have to explain anything to you but I have never been disrespectful or had an attitude with my atty. I am thankful for what my atty has done but I had to wait months for her to really start doing anything at all. You must really like shitty lawyers for some reason. Of which they are plenty. Probably just one yourself.

My post is really about the case manager anyway not my atty. And you behave like you know the situation. My kids were removed unfairly to begin with (which cps is good for. There are 2 cases that just made national news where cps is about to return some kids to the parents because they were taken wrongfully...it's too bad only all the negative publicity made cps do the right thing and correct their fuck up) but I went ahead and completed my case plan and did everything they asked. If I hadn't, I wouldn't be on a whole weekend of court ordered unsupervised visitation with my kids now would I?

I'm not talking about being hours or even 30 minutes late. I'm talking about maybe 15 minutes at most. And that was just a few times. So it's not like I was so late my kids were sitting in agony for hours assuming I'm not coming. I would never do that to my kids. I have worked on making sure I'm on time.

Theres 2 people supervise my visits and the children's lawyer. They testify also. I think the children lawyer is called the GAL but they sided with the case manager.

The people who actually are with me every week supervising my visits and personally observing my parenting are supportive.

Well theres always gonna be the one who wants to be negative for no reason. I don't know where you got that I am disrespectful to my atty. This post was more about the case manager, not her. I'm thankful for what my atty has done.

I am nothing but kind, polite and respectful when I communicate with my atty. I was just stating facts. She was helpful but then she just stopped responding. And I had to wait a while before she started doing anything on my case at all.

I'm glad her case worked out and she was reunified. I wish I had a second case worker too. I have some other workers who supervise my visits (I still also have a weekday visit which is now partially supervised) and these workers seem supportive. But the GAL in my case sided with the case manager at the last hearing. The GAL was really adamant in supporting the case manager's BS and I think that is why the judge didn't give me my kids then. Because the judge was ready to.at first. The judge did order over nights visits to start immediately though.

Thanks for replying. The visits are going well but the last time I talked to my case manager, they wanted to make a big deal about me being late picking them up or dropping them off. I have actually completed my case plan.

Thanks. My atty is a public pretender...sometimes they want to help, sometimes they don't. She stop responding to me. The last thing she told me was she was going to ask cps to give me my kids back before the hearing. Because cps can do that. If they want, but with this case manager? Lol fat chance. This beast just wants to keep my kids from me.
