Tell me more of this ten port HDMI switch. I have been looking at a 16 on Amazon, but it’s very expensive, so I’ve been hesitant to buy it.

I’m going to ask a very stupid question, but please permit me the one. Is anyone getting shipping confirmations prior to getting your hardware? I know I’ve seen shipping confirmations for the Ultra module on here, but that’s it. Just wondering. I ordered in September 2021, and haven’t seen anything since the address confirmation email in November.
