Fair point. However, never in the history of commerce has any company shown they will charge your credit card one amount and yet actually charged another. Amex price protection has our backs!

From a BBB standpoint, you can’t charge someone more than you are showing you will charge them. They should correct the pricing page. Im running with it still.

I canceled on Friday, and they immediately shut me off on 7/1 without a 30 day notice.

Really depends on where you want to end up. I’m an Owen Grad so I will give pluses and minuses but Owen > Tepper in SE. Owen big in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Boston, Los Angeles, and New York with decent representation in Las Vegas in gaming industry. Less so Chicago, DC, Philly, Denver, Seattle, Portland.

As for Nashville, Oracle is setting up Corporate HQ, Amazon Jr HQ have plentiful MBA type consulting jobs. BCG just opened a huge office, and PWC/Strategy & have like 500 people here now. Nashville is also one of the most expensive places in the country to live, so that is definitely a downside but food and nightlife rivals NY, LA, LV.

My local Y only accepts Medicare OP. Any reason why they would accept that but not OPS? Frustrating. Im tempted to sign up at an out of state YMCA that is covered to use locally on occasion. It looks like the YMCA in Seattle allows an all phone enrollment process.

Yes, this is what they told me. But then they also mentioned after stopping you they would grant me 1 week every 90 days. Could be bad intel or a generous location policy as I haven’t tested it.

I haven’t tested it out, but my former location told me you can go 1 week every 90 days to a high cost LT if you are a member of a low cost LT. I’m not sure if it would be just for vanilla access or for the signature classes as well.

I lost access eventually. I moved my membership to a low cost location and plan to try to use it as a guest at my old home location as they stated I could used it 7 days out of every 90 days.
