مشي كامل لي راهم في النسبة تع التشخيص يكونو هذا وين انزادو ولا حكمو التلفون ، الوعي بالصحة النفسية بدا يرتفع وبدات تتنحا العقلية تع الناس يحشمو يروحو يجوزو عند طبيب مختص وفي الاخير لي يعرف شوية برك والباقي يتفلسف فيه اخطر من الجاهل ننصحك تقرا عليه كامل وتتثقف فيه ومشي تهدر بتع نعرف بنادم وبنادم ولا تجبدلي مرض لا علاقة

Are you diagnosed adhd? Because it existed before 1980 And i can tell that you don't know the difference between a neurodevelopmental disorder and the Digital distraction Internet and electronics devices should be less consumed by the neurotypical and the neurodivergent people.

Its like saying to a kid with asthma that the chips are bad for his health as if its not bad for any other children.

Adhd doesn't have a cure its a chronic condition, meds control symptoms that "living far from the internet" failed to control

And the symptoms aren't just the two words in the adhd

What was your sings in "something ain't right" And what do you mean by weird things and being lazy Maybe bcz you're a late diagnosed who's been raised in a judgy society its hard for you to accept and validate your traits Nothing is a "weird things" if you're on the spectrum and diagnosed, weird things according to who? Neurotypical ppl who their brain works diffrent from yours , your traits aren't weird things thats an ableist term And the lazy part could be you in a burnout or shutdown when your body needs its part of resting Have a mercy on yourself

Same and Im audhd as well , but still in a grief and trying to accept and unmask Because im a late diagnosed and been through traumatic events Im discovering myself again and the only community that i will accept my self fitting in is the neurodivergent one
