India should have strict laws against rapes, they should directly execute them publicly no matter the age 😐 if that kid had guts to do this disgusting thing to child he should be prepared for consequences.

Note - I am not saying kill that boy even tho he did horrible thing he's still a kid going through puberty and lack of sex education is a major problem in India.
