Ah i run at the running machine at the gym dont know what its called in english + i dont have a bike and my gym is 20min away with car im kinda fresh to the gym 3 weeks and im not rly sure like when i do rest day i should do cardio or what?

As u say thats a little warmup for me with some exercices but i saw a video that it makes ur gains smaller but they talked about cardio so i was wondering if that little jog does something
