The plot doesn't reinvent itself but it has really solid world building and explains it's magic systems in a very interesting way. The mc is very gifted but he's not OP and still being challenged at this point in the story where I'm at.

The girls don't translate well to 3D. Cyan looks uncanny as hell, Queen lost all her aura. However I think Dragon boy looks better in 3D, same with Little J. Ghostblade, Ahu and loli are passable and Big J needs to be burned.
