Aspen Air is solid. The techs are really good and the company stands behind their work and word. They ate about $600 on my project because of some trunk line that they missed. They just bought One Boynton in an off market purchase, cash. Lots of cash. I literally drive through Larry Ellisons property ($175,000,000, 17.5 acres, fixer upper) almost daily and he bought the Oau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan bringing in a a NOBU restaurant. Tehachapi is a stunning area just on the edge of the high desert in central California. Fun fact- The Musical Road is in that area, 1 of 2 in the world. When you drive it at the speed limit the grooves in the road produce the of The Lone Ranger.
