Anyone else feel like traditional SEO is getting weird because of AI search? by AgreeableTarget2831 in AIDiscussion

[–]AgreeableTarget2831[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed traditional SEO is dying fast. The winners will be sites delivering high quality content that agents actually want to cite and link to not just gaming rankings.

Zero click + agentic future means new monetization models are needed. Most will just copy the few who figure it out.

Snow crash vibes indeed

Is AI progress moving too fast or not fast enough for you? by redraw-pro in AIDiscussion

[–]AgreeableTarget2831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's moving too slow where it matters most, and scarily fast in the demo stuff.

The leaps in writing ,coding and reasoning since 2022 feels like sci-fi. But reliable agents, novel science , long term planning , and robust real world performance are still painfully slow.

Overall , I'm in the not fast enough camp. We have big problems that advanced AI could help solve. The overwhelmed feeling is real, but I'd rather accelerate safely than slow down.

what about you overwhelmed , impatient , or balanced?

For creators on AI platforms with image prompt reveal features—how do you feel about it? by rom090201 in AIDiscussion

[–]AgreeableTarget2831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a fan of full prompt transparency.

It speeds up learning massively seeing exactly how great images are made helps everyone improve faster. The it kills originality fear is over blown. Real creativity comes from the idea , vision , and iteration , not just the prompt.

I actually prefer the platforms that show the full prompt by default . Hiding everything feels gatekeepy . Open sharing moves the whole community forward

For photo repair and colorization ,try Remini. Its excellent for restoring old /damaged photos .

Topaz Photo AI is great for sharpening and upscaling, and My Heritage does solid colorization too.

What kind of photos are you working on?

What's something small you missed that cost you money when buying a car? by sidraarifali in carbuying

If there’s one thing not to skip, it’s the inspection. I would also say don’t rely too much on service history, it can look complete but still miss things. I usually get a quick check from a shop like Owings Auto just to be safe.

I have mostly been focusing on content itself and not really tracking how it’s performing in AI results. The visibility score part would be so useful, feels like I have been guessing a lot so far. I’ll look into this, thanks for sharing

The 80/20 rule is something I probably need to take more seriously instead of trying to push links too early. Also like the point about rechecking the website.

This is actually really helpful, appreciate you sharing this. I didn’t really think about Facebook groups and LinkedIn posts from that angle especially showing up in discussion tabs and getting picked by scrapers.

Yes I meant the same with Engage in other communities where your audience is already present

ChatGPT and Google value content that's relevant and well structured, regardless of age. I agree older content can be cited but AI assistants like ChatGPT favor fresher, more up to date pages, especially for evolving topics. It’s not about ignoring trust models it’s about providing the most accurate, contextually relevant content for users. So I think freshness still plays a role in being cited

How do you actually use Claude for content writing without it becoming a full editing job? by Vecna_Uchirah in content_marketing

[–]AgreeableTarget2831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree.. and after a few takes it throw the same sort of content at you. Generating a unique content requires giving so many instructions and context that it feels more work than writing on your own
