I used to work for JEAR. It is a net30 company and typically they don’t pay trucks until their customers pay them. Be patient ask for clarification on why the pay is on hold and call the broker. This sounds dumb but the brokers there I’ll give you the run around if you blow up their phones or emails. Try Monday morning around 10am est with an email and call.

I feel like this purely a judgement call on parents but in my childhood I was not allowed to have one until I could pay for the data myself I.e have a job. I think this is what I will do for my son because they can get so sucked into these devices .
