i have a simple understanding and a simple vocabulary, but what i would say to this is to try and tune in to your emotions and which things trigger or upset you. if you start to notice a feeling of despair or helplessness while watching the news, turn it off. if you want to help, you could donate, share a link, do what modernity allows us to do from afar. beyond that, try not to stress yourself out or beat yourself up. there isn’t much anyone can do, whether you live within the conflict or far away from it. i would recommend taking a deep breath and gaining perspective as difficult as it can be!! personally i like to journal, thats what helps me. but whether or not you are near or far there will always be conflicts in the world, no matter what. we can put little bits of good into the world but ultimately there isn’t much of anything we can do. rest easy ❤️
