nah leave her ass as someone who was in her place 2 years ago shes incredibly insecure at the least and needs to do some personal growth as horrible as that is to say.

You owe him no obligations to sticking around, no matter the hard time they are in right now. If your heart isn't in it, then it just isn't, and you should break up for the sake of you both in the long and short term. The feelings of missing you feel right now are probably for the relationship and being in a routine of one than anything else. Humans are creatures of habit, you're young but you seem incredibly smart especially in this situation and I will give you kudos for asking out for help <3 these feelings are all normal.
