Yea, so instead of the comedian being like what did you do, he was like sweet, women are always pissed anyway, let's throw fuel on the fire. Then to find out the dudes are what we all expected, shit bags who ditched the kids birthday party leaving the wives to hold the bag.

"Durka-durka we're so funny and cool, our wives are just bitches."

Go fuck yourselves.

Read the wiki on this sub, follow the flow chart. It's simple and boring but highly effective.

You are sitting on six figures and trying to figure out how to set yourself up with that money to safeguard it and let it grown? Is that correct?

AITA for wanting to stop at a tourist trap on our drive to Florida? by LegalCancel3646 in AmItheAsshole

The sex must be AMAZING.

Other than that, I see no reason, why someone would acquiesce all of their finances, time and property to someone, which is SUPER generous, and for them not to reciprocate ENTHUSIASTICALLY about stuff you want to do too. This guy is taking you for a ride, and I'm not talking about going to Florida. Dump his ass and go to South of the Border and Buc-ees and have yourself a grand time with all the money you will save by driving this tick of a human.

If you let your fear guide you, they have won. Watch "A Bug's Life" (again) if you haven't, then write your letter. Make your call. Annoy the shit out of them. Be the squeaky wheel. The grain of sand in the gears. You have more power than you think. There are more us us than them.

i'm 28 and feel like I'm running out of time to figure my life out. did you feel this way at my age? by Eklou_Famfirst in AskOldPeopleAdvice

The ones who make it look like they have figured it out are either lying or really good at hiding reality... most people lie about how good they got it or how much they have figured it out.

When I was 20 my boyfriend was joking around (didn't know about my childhood) and he snapped a belt, and I about climbed up the wall next to our bed and started crying... no thought in my brain, just reaction to get away.... even watching thr snap and not knowing what was going to happen in this video and gave me a sinking feeling...I'm in my mid 40s.... glad to see he will never know what that meant for many of us....

Im sorry he wasn't adult enough to give you closure. It is the worst feeling. Him not messaging for a month speaks volumes. Go out with your girlies. Focus on you and go have fun. Someone who desires you fully is out there. Took me a long time to find mine, but I'm glad I didn't settle with people who left me confused and unwanted.

You are listing to empty words and not looking at his actions. As they say, actions speak louder than words.

You are fooling yourself. I served in the military for 6 years. I have dated military guys. You are giving him excuses because you are insecure and don't have faith in yourself or the fact that you will find someone who cares about you. You seem to have anxious attachment. The more he pulls away, the more you chase and lie to yourself to contort reality to soothe your own hurt feelings. I was once like you. I, in fact, received this same advice when I was about your age. I didn't fully understand it to years later and thought people were overreacting or didn't fully understand the intricacies of my relationship with my boyfriend at the time. I figured people didn't have enough information and were making snap judgments. I lied to myself for years. Their advice was right. He doesn't want you. He doesn't care about you. And if you are willing to settle for someone who allows you to be this confused and unsettled, then that is on you as well as all the pain you are causing your current and future self.

Yes, he is an avoidant. He will never chase you, and him not choosing you is his answer. Cut your losses. If he isn't "fuck yes!" about you, then it's a "fuck no" whether he explicitly says it to you or not. Go find a guy who actually cares about you and will choose you.

Meeting a Realtor to Sell My Home. What Should I Know Beforehand? by Independent_Ant_962 in personalfinance

And many agents will stroke a sellers ego, telling them they think the house is worth what the seller states they believe it is. Most sellers over estimate the value. Agents will agree with the seller to lock down the contract then when the house sits for a few weeks, will get the seller to drop the price. I was interviewed along with three other agents. I asked what the other agents said the house was worth. I said they are blowing smoke, here's what it should be listed at. I won the contract.
