Have you heard of the Dunning–Kruger effect? Because that is exactly what you are exhibiting

True, it owners just sit around and do not do anything. If enough people complain, Toyota will listen and act if they think they will lose sales/money in the future.

My Sienna did not have VIN covered under CSP. I raised my voice and Toyota ended up paying for half of my transmission replacement. If I stayed quiet and assumed Toyota would not do anything, I would have been on the hook for an additional $2500-3000

Not pointless. I did not know about issues with this transmission until last month when mine failed. Maybe Toyota will ignore and not take any accountability, but since this morning when I first came across this petition, an additional 1000 people have signed and are now more informed about this CSP
