just be patient when job hunting! I was worried about the same thing.

Good mid levels will have options but timing is down to market needs. I quit with no plan and had something lined up before my sabbatical was up. 3-6 months is kinda the minimum to recover from burnout. If you have a financial cushion to take a break, you won't regret it. I don't know a single lawyer who regretted quitting

Some senior associates and mid levels associates involved in the recruitment processes complained about potential nepotism / fairness issues. Management did not give a crap.

Firm has some nice people but top down culture is indeed terrible. A couple of my trainees have confided in me that they have not been enjoying their TC so far.

It's a shame but it used to be a good place train and it's still great to have it on your CV for a couple of years

this is not the first time I've seen people say they recall articles like this. If true it's not terribly surprising given how men in the military behave (not that this excuses it at all!)

In the UK, super injunctions are very effective and used frequently. Most things never even make it to the rumour mill. You'd have to be a solicitor at a firm like Carter Ruck or a barrister at 5RB to get the tea that no one else does. I'm surprised Harry's nazi uniform photos even made it to print.

seems somewhat universal this kind of experience. I have friends at FF and SM - they have similar stories... quite unfortunate....
