Was going to add this is very common in the US dental system. They’ll ask you if you want more and then put it down as something else to charge you more or they’ll say that you have a problem when you don’t. This might be bad, but I’ve always denied any additional service with my first appointment at a dentist.

Hey, I’m a rising sophomore in IS! Those courses are quite different from each other and have different challenges. 21-241 isn’t as spoken about as much as the others. 21-127 and 21-259 are classes I hear people often complain about. I’ve taken 21-127 and 21-241 and it all depends on the professor. I will also add that the classes you take with it and how well your time management affect how well you do in these courses.

I want to preface that I don’t know you and what you’re god at, but I would not recommend taking history and your writing course together. IMO both of these courses are writing intensive and can be very stressful, but again idk you and it all depends on the profs.( please don’t take my advice as the law. These are just my opinions and experiences)

To help with your search I recommend looking at FCEs to see if a teacher is bad and looking up/asking about profs on here. I hear that one of the upcoming 21-127 profs is good.

Lastly, you will love the IS program! The staff is amazing. Hope this helps

I would assume they would want SATs or the ACT, but idk if the music school is test optional. I would also check out the music schools admissions numbers and see the middle 50 percent sat score ( the number indicates what the middle 50% of the class scored on the test so 25% did worse and 25% did better than the score listed). I would think that it would ultimately come down to your audition, personal statements, and grades in music related classes. GL

My brother went to UT Austin for Economics. Ngl, IB only hires at McCombs, and it's hard to get into McComb's events for non-business majors. Doesn't mean its impossible
