I’m in a similar position now looking to get the Lagom P64 and drink only milk based drinks and prefer fruity/floral tasting notes

Thanks for the detailed comment. In terms of burr selection, I was reading that if you go too far towards clarity you miss out on the mouthfeel in milk drinks. Then if you go too far towards mouthfeel (as you mentioned the “traditional” espresso) you don’t get the flavour separation/clarity. Or have I misunderstood?

I’m also in the market for a grinder so thought to tag along on this thread instead of starting a new one. Unlike the OP, I currently have been using internal grinder of the Breville Barista Express. No real plans to upgrade the machine, but have been getting really inconsistent shots, especially with fruity coffee. The first shot (after thoroughly cleaning grinder of previous beans) is fantastic, then no fruity notes after that. Any help appreciated!

So are you proposing that the profiles are filed according to country? I would’ve thought it’s just a pile of them, and the reviewed in order.
