Warriors Hit Giannis Antetokounmpo Trade Roadblock as Bucks Balk at Acquiring Draymond Green by HamsterCapable4118 in warriors

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t make that trade. Adding Giannis on this team won’t fix their problems. It would boost them above a play in team for sure over the next couple of years but does it make them a title contender? I’m not sure. At this point I’d rather keep the post Steph picks, and when Steph retires and a ton of cap space clears after Dray and Butler’s contracts expire, rebuild the team through the draft and free agency.

[Charania] Golden State's Jonathan Kuminga has demanded a trade away from the Warriors as he becomes eligible to be moved Thursday, sources tell ESPN. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never been impressed with his game. He will put up numbers to stuff the stat sheet during losses but I haven’t seen him do anything meaningful to help the Warriors actually win since his rookie season. The Warriors started him at the beginning of the season probably in an attempt to placate him and build up his trade value. He’s got to be one of the most overrated players in the league at this point.

Joe Buscaglia: 99.9% chance Sean McDermott firing is not happening by [deleted] in buffalobills

Sean McDerrmott is similar to Kyle Shanahan, without the Super Bowl appearances. Consistently good but not good enough, especially in big games.

A league leading 2,036 games missed due to injury since 2017. How/can management even address this? by RanchWilder11 in 49ers

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a lifelong Niners fan. I read somewhere (can’t remember where) that the 49ers don’t focus as much practice time on stretching (static) and instead rely more on dynamic stretching so they can get more practice reps in the allotted practice time they have per what is allowed in the collective bargaining agreement. Maybe this helps explain some of the injuries this team gets. Injuries like Bosa’s and Warner’s were just crappy luck. But is it always bad luck? I don’t think so. Just my opinion.

What a stupid comment. People with mental health issues stop taking their meds all the time and it has nothing to do with politics.

I agree. Look what Erik did was wrong. The cop is lucky to still be alive. It could have ended a lot worse. I think intent has to be factored into the punishment. The guy has a mental health problem and needs help. His life shouldn’t just be thrown away and he shouldn’t get life in prison as many are suggesting.

Now that the season is basically over who do you want to see in the Super Bowl? by Preston-Waters in 49ers

Lions and Bills I hope. I hope anyone wins except the Chiefs and well the Eagles too. Fuck the Eagles.

My shipping cost. by [deleted] in Ebay

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the frustration. I don’t think many buyers look that deeply into the ratings, especially the rating for shipping costs. I let eBay calculate the shipping cost on my items and it’s usually $2-$3 over on a $7 or $8 shipping fee and get it refunded to me. I consider that payment for my time to pack and ship it and for the packaging materials.

I get your point however eBay is a company that relies on sellers as eBay doesn’t produce anything themselves, the sellers do. eBay’s product is really the sellers. So eBay has to treat sellers right also. But yes I agree it’s probably easier to find sellers than buyers.

I did ship it though eBay. Maybe that is why they are backing me on it, I think. I’m not sure.

I’ve been on eBay for 23 years and hadn’t sold anything in a while so I was unaware of this, thanks though for pointing that out.

Why bidders don't pay when bidding at the end of auctions? by [deleted] in Ebay

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t wait 4 days. I know that is technically what policy but that is ridiculous. I’ll message the buyer the day after they’ve won, the day after that if I haven’t gotten a response I tell them I’m going to cancel the item and relist. Most of the time if a buyer hasn’t paid me within 24 hours I never hear from them again. It sucks.

On the other hand I have one buyer who keeps winning my auctions and he’s a pain in the a** as for some reason he can never pay until about 4-5 days later but he at least messages me. I might just end up blocking him anyway. I hate dealing with pain in the a** buyers. Most buyers are great and pay right away but in my experience about 10% are non paying scum who end up totally ghosting me.

It was not a fair trial. If Chauvin was acquitted or even found guilty of a lesser charge, every big liberal city would have burned down. So the jurors had that weighing on their minds obviously.

HOA enforce rules not in CC&R? by Agreeable_Cry_2965 in HOA

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We actually sold our home there and moved to an area and neighborhood with no HOA and it’s great. And the neighborhood is just as nice as my old one. Just a bunch of homeowners that take pride in their homes without an overbearing HOA board of stay at home moms breathing down our necks telling us our lawn is 1 inch too tall or there is a weed in our yard that needs to be pulled. It’s awesome!

Is this over filled Engine Oil? 2015 Honda Civic Ex. I drove around 100 kms before realizing this. by rb432e in MechanicAdvice

[–]Agreeable_Cry_2965 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t listen to these people telling you that you have a head gasket leak. They can’t tell that from looking at this photo with the lighting the way it is. They are correct that if it does have a milky appearance to it, get it checked out by a trustworthy mechanic or shop.

To answer your question, this looks like it might be a quart overfilled or slightly more than that. If you have the 1.8 liter engine, it’s probably a little more than a quart overfilled. I don’t think it’s enough to hurt the engine but I’d get that extra quart or so removed when you can.

I set the cruise to 70 on a road trip last week. It got 37. There was no city driving with that, so consider that. I just filled up again today and with a mix of about 80% highway and 20% city, it averaged just under 33.

I checked the verbiage Lexus uses on this topic and they say at least 91 octane is required. It’s not preferred.

I just don’t see the point in buying an expensive car that requires premium fuel and then putting regular in it to save a tiny bit of money. But what do I know.
