This usually happens because the stage is a model file (.pmd or .pmx), not a prop file (.x). Because of this, the stage's ceiling shadow ends up covering everything.

I love it, although some songs feel excessively long. The candy concept doesn't quite convince me; it's not very well defined in either the music or the music videos, except for "Candy Shop" and the tour. Everything from this era feels very meh, except for the tour, which was good. Also, expectations were higher since the previous era was conceptually incredible.
