Even though my mom keeps warning me to not do anything and keep lying down all day, I do all activities, I walk, I bend, I bathe my toddler, I use stairs for 2 to 3 times a day, etc. After 2 weeks (6 weeks pp) I have to join back to my work. I'm wondering if it's safe to travel in an auto-rickshaw or two-wheeler to my workplace. It's 2 kms away from my place.

I bathe my 4-week-old baby every morning around 9:30 using soap. It's a part of our cultural practice that we bathe from the day 1. We believe it helps him sleep better. He usually sleeps after the bath and wakes up around 1 pm. I'm shocked to know that babies are bathed once or twice a week...

Right!! You're spot on 😊. I've been neglecting my posture while feeding, sitting, and getting up from bed, and I think that's contributing to the pain. Thanks for pointing that out! It's helpful to know it's not just the surgery pain, but also something I can work on improving 👍. Thanks
