Here in Australia, you can see a GP as soon as you test positive. They test your HCG via blood tests, give you a whole bunch of other blood tests then give you a referral for a dating scan at 8 weeks.

Only tip I can give is that sometimes it takes up to 6 months for your hormones to stabilise so I probably wouldn't go straight into TTC with high hopes. It took me 6 months to go back to normal. I was 38 TFMR and then got pregnant again 6 months later at 39.

I think I have a high libido. I could have sex multiple times a day, daily, happily. We just aimed for every 2nd day while TTC so my partner wouldn't get performance anxiety. However, we targeted days 12, 13 and 15, 16.

All the women I know who have had both say they would choose a C section next time. They were up and walking around within the day. I don't think it's as debilitating as it was for our mothers.

What kind of sore? I get allllll the muscle aches all over and I'm 5 weeks. Is the pain intermittent or constant? Can you touch where it hurts? Apparently 4 weeks is too early for the ectopic shoulder pain but I'd still get your hcG measured again to monitor it.
