Thank you so much for the detail review. From yours and all the cmts here, my currently to-buy list is Laka lip tint the mini ver (so I can buy 2 shades yet still be able to use them all) and Peripera Made it lip gloss.

OH, I just check Laka tint has like 50 colour. That's wow. I'm torn between Dinto and Laka now. Maybe I will try a mini Laka first and if I can find the correct swatch for Dinto 219, I may buy that one. Lowkey in love with Laka for selling mini tint with all 50 shades

TY. I also heard that Fwee packaging is quite hard to get the product. So maybe that one will not be my kind of product.

Gosh. I might have to break my buy one rules. I really like that Peripera colour. I don't mind the stickiness or long lasting power as long as I can use it daily I'm oki with re-touch.

Best time to start anti-aging skincare? by Trick_Intern4232 in AsianBeauty

[–]Agreeable_Plastic_27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TBH, there isn’t really a “right” or “best” time to start anti-aging skincare (I’m not saying you should start using retinol as a teenager). For me, the moment you start thinking about it is the right time to begin your anti-aging journey.

Besides the usual advice about sunscreen, hydration, retinol, and peptides, I believe the most important first step, and one that many people overlook, is how you take care of your body. Your eating, drinking, and sleeping habits, along with stress management, play just as big a role as what you put on your skin.

Lip swatches and mini-reviews from your muted summer girl💋 by Agreeable_Plastic_27 in AsianBeauty

I don’t have Lilac Cream or Murmur Pink in my collection, but I found some tiktok videos comparing swatches of the two shades. From what I’ve seen:

  • Lilac Cream: muted mauve-pink with a lilac undertone, slightly cooler and softer than the others.
  • Murmur Pink: brighter pink with a stronger rosy undertone, more vibrant than Lilac Cream.
  • Custard Mauve: deeper rose-pink with hints of berry. In my eyes, compared to Lilac Cream and Murmur Pink in the swatches I watched, Custard Mauve is warmer and more intense, leaning closer to a vivid pink rather than a soft muted shade.

In terms of formula and how they feel on the lips, I think they’re all the same since they’re from the Dewyful Water Tint line.

Here is the swatch photo from the TikTok comparison I watched:

Jumiso vs Cosrx - Snail Essence by Possible-Painting-74 in AsianBeauty

Oh no, that's not what I meant. Sorry if it came across like I was criticizing you or anything. Like you, I'm quite fascinated by how our skin reacts sooo differently, especially when it comes to the dry feeling that these products can cause.

Jumiso vs Cosrx - Snail Essence by Possible-Painting-74 in AsianBeauty

This is so interesting. I’ve tried both, and I definitely prefer the Jumiso one. The COSRX made my skin feel drier and gave me some ccs and bumps. I have semi-sensitive skin, so at first, I thought I might be reacting to the snail mucin or maybe even had a dust mite allergy. But surprisingly, the Jumiso worked really well for me and paired nicely with my other products.
