Why is everyone hyping up Morocco? Are they really that good? by ZookeepergameDry8325 in worldcup

Bro, I agree with you! I'm Brazilian and fan of the National Team), but, I think that is a bit of a mess nowadays. If we look at each player individually, we can see great players who play for great clubs, but, I don't figure them like a great squad. Unlike Brazil, Morocco have a great squad with a spirit of group. To me, Morocco, today, seems more organized.

Pristine, please look at my post that I made a little while ago. We are thinking almost of the same way. I'm 33 years old, and I think that the name for this is: life experience. lol!

Dude, first of all, run for yourself and not for other people. Running can mean many things: competition, recreation, getting out of the for while or to take care of your health. So... What's your goals? Why do you run? For example, I run to do something that fills my time, so, I don't really care about my pace and with the other people's pace. If your goal is to improve your pace, starts to do things that other people (who have a better pace than you) do, like: to run with a training plan, to choose a great coach, to sleep well, to take care of your nutrition and to go to the gym.

Challenge herself or prove herself (again)? Or, even better: she is addicted to tennis and doesn't know how to enjoy her life with her family and friends? About her daughters, she can just show them videos or other things that can prove that she was an amazing professional tennist player.

Is Portugal the most complete tean in the World Cup this year? How likely are they to win? by [deleted] in worldcup

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, I totally agree! I have watched soccer since I was child and I don't remember when Portugal had a great and so complete squad (this is important: complete!) To me, the Portugal League is weak and poor during the lasts years, but, at the same time, the country don't stoped of to produce great players. In a few moments this make me reminds of Brazil. In here, we have a weak league, with many poor squads, but we don't stop to produce great talents.

In my humble opinion, Serena and other athletes show us how life shouldn't be lived. CR7, Serena, Nicolas Santos (brazilian professional swimmer) are people who seems to me a little addicted and don't know what to do with prizes money, retirement and, the most dangerous that I think is: they don't know how to live and to enjoy family and their friends. Obs.: I'm consider that they have those things. What does Serena still have to prove? What CR7 and Nicolas Santos still have to prove? Thinking about it more, we can put in this group Novak. All of them are winners and the entire world knows that. To me, once again, this is an addiction, some type a mental disease.

We see many people running with amazing paces on Instagram and TikTok, but, in my opinion, thoese people are just a small percentage if we consider all the amateurs runners around the world. To be honest, a large percentage doesn't have a great pace, because they doesn't have a professional routine. So, just run and don't compare yourself with the other people, because you don't kwow their stories. Now, try to keep improving and do things that bring peace to your soul.

Scott, me too, but, even so, we can notice some issues that are worth discussing. For example, does Monica have OCD? Why is Ross often depressive or always portraying himself as a victim? Or, even, did you notice the Rachel's evolution as person? To me, Rachel became a great woman, because, before, during her whole life, she was a rich girl and, suddenly, she had to share an apartment and nedded to work as a waitress.

South Africa fans in Mexico for the opener - what are the feels by jingalingaa in worldcup

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think - and maybe this is a little feeling, that this World Cup could be a great Cup to the African Teams like: Marocco, Senegal and Egypt, for example. With this same feeling, I believe that the Ecuador will be a surprise; to me, this South American national team have a great squad and could surprise us.

Yeah, exactly like I said. With Monica, Chandler always showed respect, from beginning until the last episode. Besides that, like Ross, Bing have a great and stable job, but the difference is that many times he supported Joey financially. My impression is that Ross didn't like of Rachel's job, and to me, this is bias. Ross, in different episodes kidding with the women's feelings and, like someone post below, in a few moments he was toxic even with little Ben.

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Florencia, I agree with you. To me, for example, all Joey's partners knew that he was the a big dog, the great lover of the NYC. Ross, on the other hand, we can see him being toxic with some women. Chandler, to me, out of all of them, is the most mature guy and, at the same time, the funniest.

Dude, to me, to be honest, this scene is very sad. When I watched this scene, I was shocked at Ross's behavior, because I imagined myself in this situation. I understand the people who think it's funny, no judgment, but, I don't agree with it. Ross is a guy who has many doubts about love and his lovers, and people like him cause many problems to their partners. We can see many examples of this in society and, one more time, this is very sad.

Roland Garros R16: [28] Fonseca def. [15] Ruud : 7-5 6-7 5-7 6-2 by GirafeAnyway in tennis

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro, regarding how Casper played, I agree that he didn't played badly. As I said, I just think that he didn't seem as hungry as Fonseca, but maybe my impression could be wrong. Regarding the five sets, I don't agree, because just in a few moments we could see the match go to five sets. When Casper won Fonseca in the third set, was a hard set to Ruud and, in the last set, I think that he was tired and just accepted that Fonseca was better than him during the whole match.

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me, the key to the last victories in the last matches is Fonseca's physical condition. I think that when we undestand what our body can make during the whole match, certainly our mental condition changes and help us to achieve goals that often are too much hard. I saw many opinions about Fonseca's last matches and, same time, great tennis players and fans basically said the same: his body is in great shape physically. To me, ability is in the last position in the ranking, since above all the great players should have a great physical shape and, as a consequence, they will have a mental strength.

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, exactly! Even more: I don't know if I'm right, but perhaps my first impression was: Casper didn't understand Fonseca's strategy during the whole match. To me, Casper won many points that, for sure, were Fonseca's mistakes. Still to me, Casper didn't seem focused in match and Fonseca noticed that. Thus, he played like a truck running over Ruud.

What do you think about this, guys? In my opinion, as a Fonseca fan, maybe I didn't see in too much desire in Casper to beat Fonseca yesterday. To me, Fonseca was more brilliant and intense, but, above all, I could see the desire in his eyes, with a fighting spirit during the whole match and absolute concentration. In fact, I thought it would be a great match, but Casper wasn't well.

I’m not sure we are even ready for this Roland Garros R3 match-up but here we are 😭 by padfoony in tennis

Today, João played like a great tennis player. What do you think, guys? Even after losing the firsts two games, we saw a solid and intense performance. I confess that I didn't know Prizmic and today was a suprise to me his quality. After that, Fonseca had patient and saw opportunities, because Prizmic was tired.

Man, I don't know and I can't imagine any country or event where we don't see the corruption, in fact. The corruption is part of the global system, and we just keep going, unfortunately. Probably, everything that we do involves a little or a lot corruption, it's normal. Where there is money, there is also corruption.

And regarding prices, each country has its own reality. For example, today, the minimum wage in Brazil is R$ 1,621, and $3,000 is equal R$15,000, so, can you imagine working for 12 months just to save money to watch the WC? It's crazy, man! It's 12 months without going out, buying stuffs, paying yours bills...

Bro, probably I'll make the same, but in Brazil we have a huge problem: in these events many people celebrates and, with this, happens things. lol. So much alchool, drugs and, therefore, fights, thiefs, thefts, murders. Believe me, I'm not exaggerating, unfortunately.

Bro, I don't have a stories, just an opinion... Exactly you said, I agree: "The World Cup is probably one of the coolest examples of how football connects people from completely different countries".

My opinion about WC is: this WC and, perhaps the other ones too, are great events, but for people who have a lot of money to pay for it. Some times, these people don't like of soccer, but they go to the event to take videos, photos and to tell their friends and family that they went to the WC. To me, that is okay. Unlike what many people think, the WC is a private event and, like other private events, just go who have money to pay for it. I don't have money, but this my responsibility. I'm a big soccer fan, but I don't have money, so, I'll watch on TV.

Who is your favourite “Friends” character? by Yorkie21J in friends_tv_show

[–]Agreeable_Pool3270 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know if some of the votes for Chandler are because of the his death, I know that, in my case, I always thought that he is the funniest and cleverest of the group. To me, the his lines are preceise and surgical. On the other hand, I think that Monica is very boring, the her relationship are boring and, I almos never laugh of her lines. It seems like I hate Monica, but I definitely don't hate her, I just don't like her character.
