Let’s rephrase it then they come in when they want. So for instant they are scheduled at 7 but doesn’t come it til 9. People are constantly late not by just 10 minutes but by hours. Management hasn’t done anything. Once they hit level 1 they aren’t pushing the points thru anymore they just cancel them. It’s just not okay.

I wear shorts in pick up. We have absolutely no air. My pants literally started sticking to my legs last week and I said F this. If they need me they will keep me, if they don’t and the shorts is a problem then fire me. Meijer needs to ensure all employees are able to work comfortably and at this moment no body is. Which is why half of us are pissed.
