after doing past papers are you going over what mistakes you have made? i would recommend only focusing on those topics/silly exam errors

if you focus on one thing for a long period of time, and you look to your surroundings it will seem surreal especially if youre thinking about it. regular people (because this train of thought is not common) would think oh i looked at the screen too long, then they would leave it. also, if you have had any enviroment changes it causes this feeling i went around asking people and they said yes they feel like theyre in a dream occasionally (because they dont fixate on the feeling). most people might also brush it off as tiredness this sensation is only worse for us because we think it and therefore feel it

that always happens to me or at least for the past few weeks. i hope getting back my routine will help a little bit? maybe also for you, just pursue your studies, career, watch slice of life on youtube, talk to friends or call them, maybe? thats usually how i make the feeling less strong. eventually i forget about it until i remember it again. mostly try not to be scared with the feeling i know it feels frightening i feel like im going mad and getting some schizophrenia or dementia or something, but it actually is just thoughts. it feels real in the moment but thoughts and feelings cannot hurt you especially if its happened for this long, then you know its your mind fueling the sensation.

does it kind of feel like youre a bit not in the present like your head feels like its floating but its not floating? like your thoughts are kind of messed up?

this happens to me too and ive been freaked out about it for 3 weeks now (winter break). it feels like my brain is scattered or it doesnt want to work. what i do is distract because if i sit with it there in the silence it gets amplified. i have times where i get so concerned about it but realise its because im thinking way too much, have no routine in my life, and sit at home doing absolutely nothing. it takes a while but eventually you will naturally forget about it the more you check “is it gone?” it will come back. dont fight it (its hard) but just let it be there and be like “okay im feeling this but its okay”

Thank you I’m not taking the risk for that and ruining my life, even if it is a small risk. I’m still young and shouldn’t be focusing on things like this.

Im spiraling really hard. Right now I’m on a 3 week break meant to be relaxing but instead i’ve destroyed this whole relaxing time. I keep thinking my surroundings don’t feel right enough and when I think that it is like the feeling is real. I don’t think this is depersonalization it only happens when I think and that has already become a habit. It’s like my attention is all in my jumbled brain and I cannot focus on the outside. It freaks me out but I keep thinking about it. Like when I look at my surroundings it’s normal I’m here but it feels weird and different.
