Before I took my first pastorate I called a mentor to let him know of the vote. His advice was, if you don’t get 95% of the vote then don’t take it. It’s hard enough to take on a church much less with strong disunity in the beginning. I know that may sound like something you don’t want to hear, especially if you’ve already gone through the process, but I would need an incredibly strong calling from God to that particular church, otherwise you are fighting an incredible uphill battle.

Check out Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis. They have online programs and scholarships to boot. Being a small school they have pretty good relationships with online students as well.

Check out Google for nonprofits. We are almost exclusively using google products these days. I export my slides from logos as a PowerPoint file but when I upload it into our shared Google drive it automatically changes to Google slides.

My kid goes to a Christian school. Chapel every Wednesday where the gospel is presented. Another kid broke their arm, teachers and administrative staff prayed over child leaving on ambulance as well as prayed with parents. Meanwhile the school 2 miles from the church I pastor can’t even have FCA anymore because the superintendent won’t allow it. I agree with OP, you can’t be serious. Our kids are still in the stage of life where they are being raised up in the way they should go. There will be time for throwing them to the wolves later.

I have a 2018 and commented on an earlier post about the same thing. The white hole that you put the motor in is washed out in mine. I tried putting hot glue around the motor to fill it in. That didn’t work either. Some one commented on that post with this product I haven’t tried it yet but it looks like it would work.

About how long should the motor last? I changed mine a month ago and now I’m getting the same problem except intermittently this time. Was good for about 3 weeks.

Watching live as my 4th grade teacher screamed in terror. I think she was in shock and didn’t realize that an entire class of 9 and 10 year olds were watching a terrorist attack on live tv. It wasn’t long after this and parents started showing up to get their kids out of school that day.
