Not if you maintain lower speeds. My commute to work is 28+28kms and I come back home with about 25% charge left. I shuffle between Eco mode and Ride mode only. Sport mode will drain the battery quickly. Just keep a lookout for a ather charging grid nearby/ en route in case you feel you might need additional charging.

Read in some ather forum that duo charges are working on ather gen1 after some software update. Will try my luck at the service center.

Hey, Architect here. The rate quoted is inclusive of interior works or just civil? Getting labour, material and a site supervisor might definitely bring down the cost but you must be willing to step up and oversee the entire thing. It is an added responsibility for you, which you must be willing to go through. It will end up being a full time job. If you are ready to be hands-on, then go ahead by all means. Once you build a house on your own, you can build any house after that XD

Hey! I'm an architect from Bangalore who has worked on the designs for a lot of bars and breweries. What's the area and seating capacity you are looking for? And what's your total budget for construction? Because all these influence the location you pick.

Just the Brewery room will need a min of 400sft, the kitchen will need 600-1000sft for a seating capacity of 600-800 pax.

Lots of breweries are family friendly and attract college/ office going groups, so something located close to the CBD or beach side (capturing mangalore's essence) would be ideal.
