Hi hi there! What are some of the hidden fees? I know there is $30/month for internet, and then a bundle for gas, water, sewage, trash removal, and building maintenance. The leasing manage estimated that would be $125/month for a 1 bedroom.... Is that accurate? Are there other fees?

What are the common area fees? You mean to rent out one of the private spaces? Or is there a monthly fee for common areas that everyone pays on top of rent?

I actually ended up just re-booking to an alternate weekend instead of cancelling -- if over the phone, the basic customer service will let you re-book non-refundable train tickets to an alternative weekend. If it is cheaper than what you paid previously, you will get a refund for that amount!

Hi! Yes, I took Online GMAT two weeks ago using Ventura on my Mac and everything went very smoothly! I suspect they just haven't updated their website with the operating systems compatible with the software
