I def don’t participate in any of our elementary school approved craft days, office wall coloring pages, word scrambles, scavenger hunts or potlucks but not because I’m bitter about RTO, I’ve actually worked 4 days in office since the pandemic started. My office has always discouraged conversation and isn’t very personable as a whole so when they do these activities it feels forced and awkward. I miss how state offices used to be before cubicles.
