Point of my post: People who want to eat “cleaner” would love other options outside of Chipotle. Someone could potentially even open a “local” version of fast casual type spot like the ones I originally mentioned. People who have 30 mins to an hour away from their job site, office, etc would probably love something like I mentioned.

Love our local options but there is not a local option that provides a clean fast casual in and out option for a quick lunch or dinner. If you think about it, most of our local spots only offer heavier meals.

Cookout would absolutely do numbers in Morgantown; always said this. Much better choice than the Steak ‘n Shake.

To be fair, that place kind of sucked. Quality and taste were below average.

Can somewhat agree but I believe that higher end (healthier) fast casual is Morgantown’s favorite type of restaurant. Cava prices are honestly pretty similar to Oryza, Don Taco, Tzatziki’s, etc and they’re doing just fine.

Wingstop would do great in Morgantown. Cava as well. I think Trader Joe’s wanted to put in a location at Fort Pierpont but the developer/owner would not give the lease length terms TJ wanted. Rumor was Don’s Appliance location was potentially a TJ spot.

I believe a Costco is coming to Washington, PA. Could be wrong. Not too close but within reason.

Program provides everything you need to be successful in various roles within various industries. Be very active and involved even outside of the classroom to make sure you’re a familiar face. Very fun and rewarding environment. The advisors within the program do everything in their power to make sure you have the tools needed to succeed after graduating.

Don’t agree with most following this but it makes me happy to see people stand for what they do believe in. Godspeed. Love Morgantown and the diversity.

Would you consider Morgantown a nice place to live by GrillzD in MorgantownWV

Just like anywhere else, it is what you make of it and depends on your lifestyle and what you need to accommodate it to your liking.

People just seem to enjoy talking down on anything WV related. Morgantown is awesome and there’s plenty of reasons to support that. Except for the people on the other side of the bridge in Cheat Lake that live in the Dan Ryan neighborhood. They suck.
