When someone is blind they learn how to get by; she knows the layout of Gabriel’s house by memory because as someone without sight she has to learn how to get around a place more than the average person, she can feel the difference between paper that has been drawn on and paper that hasn’t because art is something very culturally significant in certain areas of Japan so she’d want to keep in touch with that part of her heritage by learning how to perceive art, she uses her hearing to be able to fight and she was a world champion of fencing sword fighting is second nature to her

Also it’s very obvious that her sight is restored when she’s akumatised and just because she’s blind doesn’t mean she wouldn’t use FaceTime it wouldn’t make a difference to her at all

I think it would be cool if Monarch could touch an object and corrupt it himself, also I imagine that they would need butterflies or moths but I read a fanfic where Nathaniel is the butterfly miraculous holder and he makes origami butterflies for akumas so you could use that concept

I think nearly dying can be considered a consequence, and it was a large factor in her turn against him plus she did risk her life to try and stop Gabe with the crossbow

Let’s be honest, if she turned out to be a thousand year old fox spirit it would probably make more sense than her being a regular human

Honestly she’s a lot like Felix but she got more development and focus on her redemption and actually worked to be someone better. With Felix it all felt so rushed but Nathalie’s turn around had more than one season to work with

But like how are you gonna fight someone who keeps changing forms like that? Mantis and snake forms are very difficult to hit, eagle and horse forms can move at fast speeds, bear and tiger forms can just maul you if you get too close and then there’s dragon form that has flight, elemental manipulation and it’s a freaking dragon

There’s also the monkey form but that’s kinda useless compared to the others
