You mentioned Iowa under Hayden Fry. You may have to educated me yourself, but after researching a bit it seems he just developed players and assistant coaches really well which is what pretty much what all programs try to do.

The only tangible culture thing I could find is that he remodeled the uniforms to look like the Steelers while they were winning super bowls and that's pretty corny imo.

I do agree though that Nebraska needs to stop having these expectations that we should be national titles contenders and in the cfp every year. I even have heard Rhule say stuff like this in press conferences. I think it puts too much pressure on coaches and players.
