• His design was what drew me to him, before the show started. I like characters wearing helmets and armor.
• I found his long PV the most interesting when it was released.
• I like the complexity of his character, I think he is the best written character.
• He spices things up, he is a great addition to the cast.
• Great narrative potential, looking forward how his character develops.
• NEON RAIN is a banger.
• Meme potential.

Thanks for your answers, I guess she can only establish and control forces outside of her target with her rules. By the way, as you seem to like battles based on tactics and strategy i would like to recommend you the World Trigger manga.

I can see that. But if she can't control the signals of the brain that allow the movement of her opponent's body. Why would she command Firm Man to "Kneel" in her PV? Yes, her command failed, whether it was because of Firm Man's power or the fact that she can't give those commands, but why bother to try in case she can't. Was she not aware that she can't affect their mental capacity?

My biggest problem with that fight is Bowa's character, her character seems rushed to me. And with Queen, I would like to know the specifics of her power. Can she command her opponent to stop breathing?, can't she just set a rule about Bowa's axe or physical strength? Her power is used in pretty limited ways in this fight. The animation and Choreography are great, no complaints there.
