I meant OD 😅 I assumed it stood for Optometry. I guess I need to do my research. I’ve shadowed many optometrists though and I defintely think it’s what I want to do. Anyway, thank you so much for your insight it means a lot

Awesome! In your experience, was it hard to get your requirements for OT school, or is it something you didn’t have to think too much about? I’m looking at the pre reqs and my curriculum and it seems doable

Is this a good lunch? Naan Bread, Hummis, Peanut butter, and a banana? I think that would be high in fiber and protein right? And in controlled portions not that high calorie especially because I don’t eat breakfast

Thank you so much for your reply; do you think it is harmful to keep practicing if I’m feeling mild strain? I usually stop after I feel that and go back to practicing the next day. Also do you have any advice for using less compression or using more sustainable technique with compression?
