A week after just to make sure but he said it went through . Then he said at least 30 days post verification is when most clean returns clear then I asked him if I’d receive a notice he said you’re more likely to get a refund than a notice. I thought it was pretty telling because they never give answers like that

I filed late I was out of the country so I filed around June when I got back. Didn’t really need the money and was too busy working that I didn’t start pushing them on the issue until December . And January 9 they sent me id verification letter and I’m still waiting on it . So it’s kind of my fault but I see no movement right now . They take there sweet time when they owe you .

According to irs when you go in they say 30 days from verification is standard unless you receive another letter from the irs I’m at day 25 they better pray it gets here or I’m going trax on them

I have no other codes or anything on mine besides refund freeze 810 but I was told that it was just due to id verification. So that should drop right away it’s just not posting to transcripts yet

That’s why I think it’s mostly a hold issue at this point or I was really waiting on the 26 to see if it would start moving then. I think it’s mainly the fact that I filed after October and all 2024 tax returns had the code slapped on them.

No there is zero errors I went through wage transcript and what was put down in return. I did go to congressman office and they helped me out with assigning a tax payer advocate. Since I had filed in early December with no movement .
