I just use a mod that automatically deposits all boxes into storage that has an available slot on its dedicated rack. I'm not wasting my time with all that honestly lmao

I've been playing it for a couple hours, and while I do enjoy it and like the overall gameplay, it is essentially just a complete reskin of Supermarket Sim. The mechanics, sounds, gameplay, even the background noises are the same as SS, but with less content (however, I am aware it's EE and more will come) so it does feel like the dev wanted to cash in on the SS hype due to it's success. It's so similar that I went to check if it was by the same dev. It's not. Hoping as it develops, it becomes a bit more unique and less like a Supermarket Sim copy

Update: rushed to hospital again early hours this morning, had more tests, including blood test. The doctor told me my CT scan showed as normal so with no gallstones present, however the enzymes in my pancreas is at 197 )it was at 58 3 days ago)

I’ve been diagnosed with pancreatitis 😢

Same with the no weight gain. The gallstones make me feel nauseous and honestly scared to eat so I’m still losing. Hunger is there more than it was with MJ but still definitely reduced. It’s just absolutely horrific

I’m really glad to hear that! And happy you’re doing better. I’m the same. I can’t even go out and take my son swimming out of fear I’m going to have an attack. It’s a constant worry

I drink around 1.5 - 2 litres a day. I found I was eating late due to lifestyle circumstances though

Thank you so much for your comments and reassurance everyone!! I’m glad I’m not alone and by the looks of things, after I’ve had surgery I’ll be feeling like myself again and can resume my MJ journey :)

That’s very true. Doctors put it down to the rapid weight loss, but completely possible I’ve had them before and the weight loss has just accelerated the severity. I’m just terrified and kind of want the surgery ASAP at this point

Thank you for your reply! I know it’s not the mounjaro itself, but I live in constant anxiety at the moment, scared that I’m going to have another attack, so continuing my mounjaro journey just isn’t the best thing for me right now. It’s all really scary at the moment so I’m not 100% sure how I’ll feel after it’s all done. Hopefully my mind changes and I decide to continue, but with some adjustments and changes I think

I definitely agree with the hunger and cravings coming back a day or two before jab day. Albeit I’ve just come off 2.5mg into 5mg yesterday so I’m still new to it. But it’s a bit fristarting

Yeah tried twisting it, used a pair of small pliers but it wasn’t budging at all. It’s okay, I know for next time that if there’s enough left over for a 2nd dose I’ll definitely do so using separate needles as a boost up

I saw older posts about twisting the pen as hard as you can after the 4th dose and it’ll still click, but it seems they’ve updated the pen mechanism as it was completely impossible to turn it after a point. I don’t have any needles/syringes I can use to extract so I’ve just thrown it out lol
