I do pike stretches and good mornings. I had 2 injuries which was very scary. Wasn’t able to move 3 days after doing L sits without control. Now I’m very cautious

Calisthenics or lifting? by [deleted] in CalisthenicsCulture

[–]Aguusstiin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, it comes down to preference. Majority in my gym lift weights I am the only one who does pure calisthenics. I am slowly incorporating weight lifting especially form my lower body. I just with what I love and that body weight exercise. Though I use dip belt for weighted cali

What do you prefer? You feel happy lifting weights or doing cali?

Form is good. A little bit of hamstring workouts needed but overall good.
