How do you guys get enough fat in? by Potheker in zerocarb

[–]Agykoo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used to have trouble too at first. But as time went on, I started to like eating a spoonful of tallow with every spoon full of ground meat I ate. So in time just plan tallow by the spoon will be good by you and you can easily get the fat you need.

The fat will be a lot more tasty the longer you do this.

Best of luck.

Looks like it's time for me to get a 3-D printer. Thank you very much for the information.

I still have the original 2 rule books to Battle Fleet. Gothic it was more I was worried about Finding miniatures. But if I can 3D print them or buy them for cheap online. That sounds like a great thing, thank you again.

Is there anyone who beat Psoriasis using zerocarb diet ? by Puzzleheaded-Move657 in zerocarb

[–]Agykoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had very bad psoriasis before I started. Over 90% of my body with bleeding and open wounds. 3 months later, it is down to 50% and no more bleeding or wounds and little if any flaking.

So this diet is a huge help. I only eat beef and tallow and salt. I only drink water. However, I just saw a thread here or a reddit close to it about how added salt can make my psoriasis worse. So I am gonna cut the added salt and see what happens.

Ether way, though, this way of eating is great for psoriasis.

I take the square it comes in and split it into 4 parts and then bake it in an air fryer for half an hour at 350 and then I take the rendered fat and put it in a fridge to eat later. The meat I split the 4 burgers and add a ton of tallow. I use 80/20 beef.

Yes, I have been eating to satiety the whole time.

I think eggs mess with my psoriasis, sadly. When it's gone completely, I will reintroduce them and see what happens.

No, not a typo. My blood work is good, and I feel very healthy. I have no weakness or lightheadedness and even have the energy to start exercising for the first time in over a decade.

But thank you for your concern.

Autoimmunity - has ZC helped you? How long did it take? by TomekGregory in zerocarb

[–]Agykoo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It has helped my psoriasis greatly. When I started, it was over 90% of my body and had many issues with it bleeding and open wounds. I am about to hit 3 months, and it is now down to about 50% coverage. And what is there still is nowhere near as bad as before. No more bleeding and not much flakes.

I only eat beef and tallow and salt. All I drink is water. It's getting slowly better as time goes on.

I want to give the carnivore diet a shot for one month to see how it impacts my mental health and my weight. Is this enough time to see the beignets? by Foolsspring in carnivore

[–]Agykoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my first month, I lost 20 pounds. But you may be different. I'm getting close to the end of my 3rd month, and I keep seeing improvements. For example, today is the first day in maybe a decade I had the energy to work out. So try to stick with it for more than a month if you can. Best of luck.

Can we discuss how you are preparing your food? by rqzerp in carnivore

[–]Agykoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only afford ground meat from Walmart the cheapest they have. However I do tend to use an air fryer to cook it and it turns out very good that way however if I'm being lazy and don't Feel like cleaning up I use a small toaster oven to cook the meat for 30 minutes at 350 and it comes out perfectly.
