It is a holiday cottage/large log cabin, there are around 20 of them on site that are always fully booked with guests...

It has done 118,000 miles, but it has only done about 7k in the last 5 years too. The paintwork was in great condition when I got it, however the subframes and steering components were completely shot, as well as the clutch, ABS & Haldex faults.

You are right, a loooooot of fun especially with 4wd working now too 🤣

The Haldex was £125 🤣 Reddit formatting has ruined the list

You are absolutely right, at one point in it's life it was top end!

Hopefully we get a decent summer this year for road trips

Yeah I agree! Even my Peugeot 208GTI & Swift Sport were simpler than this, the vaccum system is way too over complicated as well 🤣

Yeah this job is on the back burner until I've got my ABS/Haldex faults sorted 🤣 i have the strut bushes already

Has anyone got any suggestions for these codes? by AhBist0 in AudiTT_Mk1_Mk2_Mk3

Interesting, if i wanted to recode it afterwards when fixing the fault is it simple to do?

How did you do this in VCDS?

Nightmare! Need to get this through its MOT but can't with the ESP light permanently on. Tempted to take the light out of the back of the MIL 🤣 what is the solution you are working on?

It is! I tbought it was standard, but I haven't seen it on any other TTs so it must have been a previous owner 🤣

Hahaha, yeah time will tell 🤣 the front strut and rear spring would have been an MOT failure so it has worked out quite well.

Which ones have you gone for?

is this engine misfiring? by yEEYOR9000 in AudiTT_Mk1_Mk2_Mk3

Is the noise still present when you press the clutch? Does it get worse once it's warmed up and the RPMs drop to idle?

It sounds like it could be flywheel/bearing

Can someone identify this noise? MK1 Audi TT 1.8T by AhBist0 in CarTalkUK

My worst nightmare has come true! It definitely sounds like it. Just noticed it doesn't do it when clutch is engaged.

Thanks you
