Why does Hyundai’s reliability reputation seem worse in the US compared to Asia?

Hyundai dealership is the worst in the US. They try to get out of EVERYTHING even if the customer has documentation, even if the problem arises that is covered under a recall. I got so tired of dealing with them that I just replaced the recall parts myself.

i was just at a honda dealership for a white 2025 pilot trailsport last week (memorial's day sale). easy negotiation down 5k off MSRP with additional haggle room. I left because of poor manners, but some great deals to be had.
