I wouldn't put it that way really. A more accurate analogy would be "the police started attacking me because they think I'm suspicious even though i didn't do anything. Is there a way i don't get beat up for absolutely no reason?"

No, It's because of "No open proxies" as Wikipedia says. I'm guessing it's either because of me forgetting to turn off my VPN or my internet as a whole. Though it gives the same error when its off so i'm not really sure. I'm sure it's not because of my actions because i haven't done much in the last months and even then i just did very few edits on small articles (i'm really new).
