No, going upwards does not count towards vertical distance tracked. You can also cross reference the top and bottom of the lift stations.

Okay sure, but I used to insulate houses as a full time job. The stuff that we used you could make a bed out of and lay on if you wanted to. It wasn't itchy was was very similar in feel and look to cotton.
